May Come By

At times you can not help
But wonder if something
Is really there between
Keeping it apart

Forcing to be pushed apart
Suddenly odds will turn
And soon they really
May come by

Like the thunder from afar
Wondering if it is rolling by
Facing in two opposite directions
Odds will turn again

Forcing to be pushed apart
Suddenly odds will turn
And soon they really
May come by

Meeting once again
Almost like fate has a meaning
Should we listen
Or just be pushed apart

Forcing to be pushed apart
Suddenly odds will turn
And soon they really
May come by

Are we going to listen
To the way fate will tell us
Or just wait until against all odds
You may come by again

Hmmm an interesting one we have here. This one seems a little darker than the other one? Any backstory to this one?

When I write I just pour my heart, soul, thoughts into it. And it isn't meant to be dark, but slightly sad and a little hopeful.

Hey Adam! Wow! I love the repetitions in this song! Although, you should try lengthening each chorus...it'll give the song more depth. And I love your explanation to Andrew...spoken like a true writer!

Will do! =D Was rushed this morning, but had to get my thoughts out! I'll eek them coming!

Okay, this sounds really weird, but while I was reading this poem I thought about magnets getting pushed apart when forced together. Oh, if you're wondering who I am, I go to CWP with Bela. I enjoy the cyclical nature of this song.

Thanks Gina, and I sorta guessed you were from CWP. Thanks for checking out my writing! =)
